  • How do I request a crane rental?

    To request a crane rental, please contact us directly via phone or by completing our online form. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 business hours.
  • Is an operator included with the crane rental?

    For safety reasons and to ensure compliance with regulations, all our crane rentals include a certified, union-experienced crane operator.
  • Do I need a permit to use a crane on-site in Connecticut?

    In many instances, particularly when operating on public roads, sidewalks, or in congested areas, a permit from the local municipality is required. As part of our rental services, we can provide guidance or assist in obtaining the necessary permits.
  • What is your service area?

    Our services cover the entire state of Connecticut, including all counties: Fairfield, Hartford, New Haven, New London, Litchfield, Middlesex, Tolland, and Windham.
  • How far in advance should I schedule a crane rental?

    We advise booking your rental 3-5 business days in advance to ensure equipment availability. However, we can often accommodate last-minute and emergency requests. While we do offer emergency services, we prefer to allow for optimal planning for all jobs.
  • Do you offer long term crane rentals?

    We provide crane rentals for projects of any duration. For extended projects, we can offer competitive pricing for multi-day rentals.
  • What safety certification do your operators have?

    All our operators hold National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO) certifications and participate in regular safety training programs. This ensures that your project is managed by safe, qualified professionals.
  • What happens if the weather is bad on the day of the rental?

    For safety reasons, we may need to postpone lifts in cases of severe weather conditions such as high winds, heavy rain, snow, or lightning. We will work closely with you to reschedule at the earliest safe opportunity.
  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept payments via major credit cards, business checks, ACH transfers, and purchase orders for approved accounts.
